Caboose Homeware Standard Terms and Conditions

These Standard Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") govern the use of Caboose Homeware's products and services. By using our products or services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using our products and services.

1. Refunds and Exchanges:
a. Caboose Homeware offers a 14-day refund policy on eligible items. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was received.
b. Caboose Homeware also provides a 28-day exchange policy for eligible items. To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was received.

2. Return Procedure:
a. To initiate a refund or exchange, customers must contact Caboose Homeware within the applicable return period.
b. For refund requests, the customer will receive a refund of the purchase price, minus any applicable restocking fees or shipping charges, within a reasonable time after the returned item has been received and inspected.
c. For exchange requests, Caboose Homeware will assist the customer in selecting a replacement item. Any price difference between the original item and the replacement item will be charged or refunded accordingly.

3. Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items are non-returnable or non-exchangeable, including but not limited to:
a. Custom-made or personalized items.
b. Items that have been used, damaged, or altered by the customer.
c. Items without their original packaging.
d. Items purchased during a promotional sale with specific return conditions.

4. Shipping Costs:
a. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to a Caboose Homeware error.
b. Caboose Homeware will cover the shipping costs for the replacement item in the case of an exchange due to a manufacturing defect or shipping error.

5. Damaged or Defective Items:
If an item is received damaged or defective, customers must contact Caboose Homeware within 14 days of receipt. Caboose Homeware will arrange for a return, replacement, or refund, as appropriate.

6. Warranty:
a. Caboose Homeware offers a limited warranty on select products. The terms and duration of the warranty vary by product and will be provided with the product documentation.
b. Warranty claims must be made in accordance with the terms of the specific warranty provided for the product.

7. Privacy Policy:
Caboose Homeware's use of customer information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.

8. Intellectual Property:
All content, designs, and intellectual property on the Caboose Homeware website and in our products are the exclusive property of Caboose Homeware and protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

9. Limitation of Liability:
Caboose Homeware shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
